Delivering inclusive and impactful life-skill content to youth is our bread and butter.

ShEvalesco is dedicated to continuously gathering feedback from our community partners and youth participants, ensuring our curricula is nimble, relevant and always reflects the needs of the community. 

The Mental Health and Resilience workshops are created, updated and facilitated by our team of Registered Clinical Counsellors. The Workplace Readiness and Financial Literacy workshops are created, updated and facilitated by subject-matter experts. All curricula is rooted in peer-reviewed evidence. 

Did we mention that all of our subject-matter experts are youth themselves?!

Our workshops are typically 1 hour in duration depending on youth attendance and engagement.

Of course, one size does not fill all! We often work collaboratively with our community partners to adapt and combine workshops to fit their needs, whether it be for a Pro-D day student event or a full-day workshop. Let us know your needs and we’ll support you in whatever way we can.

Mental Health & Resilience curriculum for pre-teens: ages 9-12

We always have workshop irons in the fire. Check back here as we continue to build out our pre-teen programming.

Our standard workshops are priced at $325 (in-person) and $300 (online) with discounts offered for organizations booking 4+ workshops. For longer engagements (e.g. a Pro-D day event, half-day/full-day workshop, etc.) please reach out to us to discuss pricing.

ShEvalesco’s number one priority is to reach and positively impact youth; we will never turn an organization away. If your group is facing budget constraints, please reach out. We’ll get creative.
